Supervise production teams and manufacturing activities as Area Owner, covering production planning, process troubleshooting, and quality control.
Conduct employee performance reviews, addressing performance gaps, time management, discipline, and work commitment in accordance with company policies.
Supervise production scheduling, route sheets, and team performance metrics to ensure output targets are achieved.
Be accountable for productivity, quality, and training metrics, and provide regular performance reports to management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Support Engineers in Production Continuous Improvement Programmes (CIP), including investigations, corrective actions, and non‑conformance reviews with proper documentation.
Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and competent to perform assigned tasks in accordance with production work instructions, including overtime assignments when required.
