Core responsibilities
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate the performance of retail staff to ensure high-quality customer service and help them achieve sales goals.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise is displayed, priced, and stocked correctly.
- Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance, implement sales strategies, and prepare reports on store metrics and staff productivity.
