Key Responsibilities:
. Target Management: Define and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly operational objectives to the team to ensure production targets are met.
. Workflow Optimization: Structure efficient workflows, assign staff responsibilities, and manage duty rosters/schedules.
. Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and supervision to team members to maintain high performance and morale.
. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in efficiency and propose actionable solutions.
. Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines and quality control standards.
Requirements:
. Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role (experience in food manufacturing is a plus).
. Strong organizational and people management skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to bridge management and floor staff.
. A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
. Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
