Your position requires you to execute the following key responsibilities:

Support the overall operation of the outlets under the company chain.

Prepare drinks and serve customers.

Maintain personal hygiene and outlet cleanliness.

Conduct bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of billings and invoices.

Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

. Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of service excellence.

. Oversee daily operations, including manpower scheduling and effective task delegation to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

. Staff Management: Assist in performance appraisals and provide input on staff salary increments/adjustments.

. Procurement & Inventory: Direct company product procurement strategies and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts.

. Training: Conduct structured training and mentorship programs for frontline staff to maintain service standards.

. Client Relations: Implement feedback loops with clients to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
