Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the factory floor and production lines
- Conduct routine equipment checks and ensure machines are running smoothly, promptly addressing and resolving any issues
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and production schedules
- Coordinate manpower allocation and shift planning based on production demands
- Liaise with inventory, spare parts, and supply teams to ensure materials and components are available to support continuous production
- Maintain production records, logs, and reports accurately and timely
- Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with operational procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize rejects/waste
- Supervise, train, and motivate operators, ensuring they are capable of performing assigned tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar production line, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Able to endure long time standing
- Team player with a positive work attitude
- This is a 6 days work week job
