SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales enquiries, guiding the team to achieve sales targets
• Provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials, and color scheme specifications
• Understand customers needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all projects
• Oversee project costing, budgeting, and quotation preparation
• Plan and monitor project timelines, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality project completion
• Ensure all designs and project timelines are executed as planned
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and training where needed

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably in a supervisory or senior role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Pleasant disposition, proactive, and results-driven
• Passion for sales with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Keen interest in design trends, materials, and industry knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Creative with a strong eye for design and attention to detail
