Job Summary

You will lead a team of 5-6 workers to perform installation and maintenance of VRV systems, air-cooled chillers, and multi-split air conditioners. You will manage daily customer interactions, conduct site inspections and housekeeping, report work progress, and ensure tools are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 5-6 workers on site to complete assigned HVAC tasks efficiently
• Perform installation and maintenance work on VRV systems, air-cooled chillers, and multi-split air conditioners to meet technical standards
• Engage with customers daily to address their needs and provide updates on work progress
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the worksite
• Prepare and submit daily work schedules and progress reports to management
• Inspect tools regularly and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment readiness
