Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food catering production and packing team.
• Plan manpower allocation and ensure timely completion of catering orders according to production schedules.
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, packing, labelling and dispatch to ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene requirements, workplace safety regulations and HACCP procedures.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Train, guide and evaluate kitchen and production staff on work performance and hygiene practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics personnel and customers to ensure smooth delivery of catering services.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels for food ingredients and packaging materials.
• Prepare daily operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by the management.

Working Environment

• Fast-paced food production and catering environment.
• Exposure to hot kitchen, cold room and food processing areas.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• May be required to assist with operational duties during manpower shortages or peak demand periods.
