SUPERVISOR

Job Description

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations to ensure that construction works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site

• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

• Monitor site progress and report to the Project Manager / Site Manager

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations

• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox meetings

• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and other site personnel

• Check workmanship quality and rectify non-compliance issues

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site

• Maintain site records, daily reports, and work progress updates

• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating inspections when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience

• Experience in [e.g. structural, building, renovation, M&E ] works

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices

• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and WSH requirements

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Able to work independently and handle site challenges effectively

• Willing to work on-site and work overtime when required
