Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Guide, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve defined performance targets
  • Monitor daily operations to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
  • Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company procedures to ensure compliance and readiness
  • Act as liaison between management and employees by reporting progress and resolving workplace issues
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment by enforcing safety and regulatory standards

Required competencies and certifications
