Job Summary
You will lead the team to complete daily operational tasks efficiently and ahead of schedule while achieving sales targets and KPIs. You will ensure high customer service standards, maintain compliance with licensing and safety regulations, and support a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily team operations to complete tasks efficiently and ahead of schedule
- Guide and train staff to deliver excellent customer service aligned with company standards
- Manage team schedules to optimize workforce availability and productivity
- Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Promote and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment among team members
- Ensure team compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety regulations and guidelines
- Accept and manage night shifts, split shifts, and overtime work on weekends and public holidays as required
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support operational goals
