Job Description:
1. Develop and execute production schedules to meet targets, adjusting for order and resource changes.
2. Supervise staff, manage tasks, training, performance, and foster a positive team environment.
3. Ensure adherence to quality (GMP/HACCP) and safety standards, oversee checks, manage incidents, and drive improvements.
4.Oversee equipment operation and maintenance, optimize processes for efficiency (OEE), and control production costs and waste.
5. Manage inventory levels of materials and finished goods, and coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and Logistics for smooth workflow.
6.Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety records for traceability and compliance.
7.Collaborate effectively with QA, Maintenance, Warehousing, and other departments.
8.Lead or participate in initiatives (e.g., Lean) to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years in food manufacturing .
2. Strong knowledge of food processing, safety systems (HACCP), and relevant regulations.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong commitment to quality and safety principles.
5. Proficient in MS Office. Experience with MES/ERP is a plus.
6. Ability to work in plant conditions, perform physical tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
7. Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
