Job description:
- Oversee daily operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of the salon and coordinate daily activities.
- Manage staff: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise beauticians and other staff.
- Handle scheduling: Create work schedules, ensuring adequate staff coverage during peak times.
- Monitor inventory: Keep track of supplies and products, place orders, and ensure necessary stock is on hand.
- Maintain records: Keep accurate financial records (expenses, revenue) and staff records (pay, schedules).
- Ensure safety and hygiene: Implement and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols across all stations.
