Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of six air-conditioning technicians to execute troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks on air-conditioning systems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximize system uptime and efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve complex air-conditioning system issues to minimize downtime and enhance operational performance
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve technical skills and service quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize repair tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures during all maintenance activities
