This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, located in Singapore. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of team workflows. This role involves coordinating with different departments, developing staff, maintaining compliance with company policies, and meeting project deadlines. The Supervisor will also be responsible for performance management, providing guidance and support to team members, and facilitating communication between management and staff.
