Supervisor / Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations and sales of the outlet
• Supervise the sales team in terms of customer service and product knowledge
• Ensure standards for grooming, housekeeping and displays are met
• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complain
• Perform indoor sales, merchandising and cashiering duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managerial position
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, positive, proactive and customer-focused
• Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
