SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Schedules, assigns and plans the work of carpentry factory personnel performing a variety of carpentry projects.

Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of carpentry expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance.

Supervises carpenters to ensure safety and quality in the performance of assigned tasks.

Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.

Constructs custom cabinetry and furniture as needed repairs or modifies furniture as needed.

Conform to an established work schedule.

Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years related experience

Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills

Good management of materials cost and stock inventory

Experience of using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws and nail guns

Joinery and cabinet making skills

Able to work for long hours period or night shift

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

have driving license
