Job Description

  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output.
  • Lead and train production workers in making products such as pineapple cakes, mooncakes, and other baked goods.
  • Monitor product quality and consistency according to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
  • Oversee inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production processes or equipment.
  • Coordinate with management on production planning and targets.
  • Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
