Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations
• Lead and manage service staff
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback and issues
• Monitor staff scheduling and performance
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist in service during peak hours
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Min. 2-3 years F&B supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with good service attitude
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude
