Job Description
Job Scope:
- Oversee the daily operations of the chicken rice station in the restaurant.
- Ensure that the quality and consistency of the chicken rice dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain hygiene, food safety, and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies for the chicken rice station.
- Develop and update recipes and menus for the chicken rice dishes, taking into account seasonal and customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding chicken rice dishes and provide timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and disposal of food waste.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve job performance and stay updated with industry trends.
Requirements:
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Proficient in cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Familiar with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to train and manage kitchen staff.

- Flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
