Job Description

Job Scope:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the chicken rice station in the restaurant.
  2. Ensure that the quality and consistency of the chicken rice dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
  3. Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain hygiene, food safety, and efficient workflow.
  4. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies for the chicken rice station.
  5. Develop and update recipes and menus for the chicken rice dishes, taking into account seasonal and customer preferences.
  6. Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding chicken rice dishes and provide timely and satisfactory solutions.
  7. Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and disposal of food waste.
  9. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve job performance and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. At least a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  2. Prior experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or similar setting.
  3. Proficient in cooking techniques and food preparation.
  4. Familiar with food safety and sanitation standards.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills to train and manage kitchen staff.
  6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
  9. Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
