Supervisor

Conducting regular maintenance activities such as unit cleaning, filter replacement, and leak inspection

. Identifying and resolving issues within the air conditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions or refrigerant leaks

. Developing feasibility pre-installation design proposals and executing installation tasks

. Conducting chemical and overhaul cleaning

. Engaging with customers to assess their requirements and provide information on air conditioning systems

. Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment

. Ensure that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a smoth operation

. Assist with all scheduling of daily operations and special events, to meet budget.

. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further develop skills, abilities, and knowledge on their own.

. Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work in a team environment.

. Must have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.

. Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

. Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours.

. Develop and put together new procedures.

. Conduct weekly meetings with the operators to cover safety, discuss company information and operational issues.

. Provide maintenance support to users of equipment
. Monitor and troubleshoot equipment related faults.
