SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the manager in all duties of the company's operation.
• To ensure all tasks carried out meet deadlines.
• Possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Initiative, self-motivated & work independently

. 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or relevant fields.

. Makes decisions on job assignments and work priorities.

. Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and downtime.

. Works with employees to maintain a safe work environment. Leads and supports direct reports to work safely and to seek improvements in work practices.

. Ensures that product quality and production efficiencies meet or exceed established standards.

. Examines procedures and recommends changes to save time, labour, and other costs and to improve quality control and operating efficiency.

. Manage warehouse planning methods, warehouse storage, and layout plans.

. Facilitate inbound & outbound shipping activities such as arranging containers, unloading containers, receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and releasing.

. Manage warehouse operations such as general housekeeping, daily cycle count, auditing, rectifying excess and shortage, identify fast moving products, etc.

. Supervise and train team members and monitor individual work progress.

. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

. Able to work under pressure.

. Positive, can-do attitude

. Willing to work long hours, including work on Sunday & Public holiday.

. Know electrical & piping work

. Possess of forklift license is preferably.
