Supervisor

Responsibilities

Responsible for project management of assigned projects to deliver quality products and services on time within budget and with risk management in place

Be the focal point for communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Monitor and control project budget

Expedite material purchase to be in line with the projection schedule

Expedite technical & engineering for the production plan

Manage the relationship with the client and ensure their satisfaction with project completion after building

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress (i.e. Master schedule, project detail task, and work performance)

Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims

Report and escalate to management as needed

Review of purchase requisition & and purchase order

Address warranty matters related to building scope after sales

Scheduling of projects including preparation of site organization chart, site layout, programme chart, and temporary facilities

Communicate with the Accounts department on cost issues and assist with supporting documents on project payment milestones

Sharing lessons learned and improvements to prevent future / repeated issues during the fabrication/construction stage

Requriement

At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience demonstrating solid Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle CX Sales CRM system implementation and support experience.

Extensive experience in project leadership and management, with proficiency in project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, including expertise in outsourcing, vendor and contract management.

Ability to perform dual roles as project manager and business analyst, leading discussions from project initiation through planning and delivery, with good requirements analysis skillset.

Independent, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
