Supervisor

Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the wholesale and retail establishment.

. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

. Identify and assess business opportunities to expand market reach and strengthen customer relationships.

. Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth business operations.

. Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving goods.

. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

. Assist in loading and unloading various types of fruits, including durians, with each carton weighing at least 60kg.

. Conduct quality checks on different types of fruits, ensuring proper classification and selection.

. Perform general cleaning tasks such as wiping tables, clearing durian shells, and disposing of waste properly.

Job Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or retail industry.

. Strong knowledge of various fruit types, their quality standards, and classification methods.

. Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting (cartons of at least 60kg).

. Willing to work long hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

. Willing to work in the East Area.
