Recruitment - Cleaning Supervisor (Singapore)

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our operations team.

Responsibilities:

Assign and supervise daily cleaning tasks

Manage roster and deployment of cleaners

Communicate with clients on site requirements & feedback

Monitor cleaning standards and safety procedures

Handle basic inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Assist in training new staff on work processes

Respond to on-site issues and report updates to management

Requirements:

Supervisory / team leader experience preferred (cleaning industry is a plus)

Able to coordinate manpower and scheduling

Basic communication ability (English / Mandarin or simple communication)

Responsible, hardworking, and reliable

Able to work in mall/office/building/industrial site environments

Singapore work experience preferred

Employment Details:

Salary: Negotiable / Based on experience

Working Hours: Roster / Day or Night shift (based on project)

Location: Islandwide projects (deployment depends on site)

Benefits: Annual leave, Public holiday, OT compensation (subject to company policy)
