Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and manage site workers, ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements.
• Monitor work progress, quality standards, and schedule timelines.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, daily briefings, and maintain work documentation.
• Liaise with Project Manager, contractors, and clients for site matters.
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., WSH, BCSS, Supervisors Safety Course) are an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Physically fit and willing to work on active job sites.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and proactive.
