Assistant sales manager reports to the Director and oversees the day-to-day operations with the respective Store Supervisors reporting directly to you. You are required to perform the kitchen and service operation duties. Your responsibility also includes ensuring that each store's sales targets are met, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are consistently practiced and staff are delivering excellent customer service while keeping within the budgets set for each store.
