Job Description

• Support daily food service operations in line with company standards
• Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene requirements are consistently met
• Assist in maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen
• Contribute to consistent food quality and service excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Follow proper food handling, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain quality in food production, preparation, and presentation
• Ensure consistency in food quality and service delivery
• Conduct quality control checks and manage stock inventory
• Monitor daily operations and maintain accurate records
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace at all times
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
• Flexible to work overtime when needed
