Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production workers. Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Monitor employee performance and conduct reviews.
Ensure production targets are met and that products meet required standards and specifications. Oversee manufacturing processes and monitor workflows to ensure efficiency.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Monitor product quality and address any issues that arise.
Manage raw material inventory and other resources.
Resolve work problems and technical issues that occur during production. Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Prepare production and other reports to provide data and updates to management. Report on production yields, equipment issues, and staff overtime.
