Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production workers. Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Monitor employee performance and conduct reviews.
  • Ensure production targets are met and that products meet required standards and specifications. Oversee manufacturing processes and monitor workflows to ensure efficiency.
  • Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Monitor product quality and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage raw material inventory and other resources.
  • Resolve work problems and technical issues that occur during production. Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Prepare production and other reports to provide data and updates to management. Report on production yields, equipment issues, and staff overtime.
  • Working together with other staffs
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Required skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and organization.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Experience in food production processes and food safety regulations.
  • Computer literacy

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work long hours, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
  • Must be comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment.
  • Must be flexible with working arrangements and schedules.
