Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and warehouse planning to ensure shipments are executed accurately and on time
  • Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service) to support business requirements
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure daily inspection of weighing scales and conduct test weights prior to operations
  • Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of the warehouse, equipment, and resources
  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity
  • Manage and support internal and external audits
  • Lead and motivate the Operations team to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous service improvement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
