Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to meet timelines and quality standards while ensuring safety compliance and efficient resource use. Lead teams, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate reporting to support continuous project progress.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations on site to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate work schedules and tasks with subcontractors and workers to optimize project flow
- Conduct regular site inspections according to schedule to identify and address issues promptly
- Prepare and submit detailed daily site reports and records of completed activities to headquarters on time
- Resolve on-site challenges promptly to ensure continuous progress of construction projects
- Oversee proper use and allocation of materials and equipment, reporting any discrepancies or issues
- Provide guidance and support to teams to nurture skill development and promote team cohesion
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a minimum NTC-3 or NITEC certification
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrate willingness to work extra hours when required
