The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing cleaning crews to ensure services are delivered to the highest standard of quality, safety, and efficiency. They act as the primary on-site link between the cleaning staff and management. - Team Leader: Assigns tasks, manages schedules, and oversees cleaning crews. - Quality Inspector: Conducts site checks to ensure cleaning meets standards. - On-Site Trainer: Trains staff on procedures and safe use of equipment/chemicals. - Supply Manager: Orders and manages cleaning inventory and equipment. - Client Liaison: Main point of contact for clients, handles requests and feedback. - Safety Enforcer: Ensures compliance with all safety and operational protocols.
