Job Title: Service Supervisor
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager
Location: 7 Craig Road / Fortuna
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support F&B service staff during daily operations
- Ensure high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction
- Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating team members
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing when needed
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support management in implementing service improvements
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reports
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Uphold brand standards and promote a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality
- Spli shifts
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Working Conditions:
- Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Standing for long periods fast-paced service environment
- Requires occasional lifting of trays and supplies
