• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Inspects, maintains and repairs various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window and casement units.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.
• To carry out air conditioner maintenance, servicing and repair works
• Troubleshoot error code and malfunctions of air-conditioning system
• Ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Education not much required, But Preferred overseas experience.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts,
• Able to do hardworking,
• willing to work weekend and public holiday when required.
