Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor site progress with internal teams and external parties to ensure work follows specifications and schedule
- Plan and schedule project activities, including tracking and managing materials and labor usage
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site
- Read and interpret construction drawings to guide site activities
- Perform reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and related finishing work to meet quality standards
- Supervise, inspect, and manage construction activities to maintain work quality and progress
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary/O Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related construction field
