Supervisor Cum Lorry Driver

Job Responsibilities
- Drive company lorry to transport tentage equipment, funeral setup materials, tables, chairs, and related items to funeral wake sites and other locations.
- Supervise workers in the setup and dismantling of tents, canopies, tables, chairs, lighting, and funeral setup equipment.
- Coordinate and ensure timely setup and dismantling of funeral wake setups according to the schedule.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of equipment to prevent damage.
- Conduct site checks to ensure tentage and funeral setup structures are safe, stable, and properly installed.
- Lead and guide ground workers to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Ensure workers comply with company safety procedures and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory and report damaged or missing equipment to the operations team.
- Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure the company lorry is maintained in good condition.
- Assist operations team in coordinating manpower and site arrangements when required.
- Provide professional and respectful service when working at funeral wake sites.
- Able to work long hours and perform overtime frequently due to operational and funeral service requirements.
Requirements
- Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
- Minimum 2 years experience in tentage / logistics / funeral setup / event setup preferred
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work and outdoor setup
- Able to supervise workers and manage site operations
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when required
- 6 working days per week
- Willing to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
