SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure SOP compliance
• Assign therapist rotations and manage staff breaks
• Handle customer concerns and support service recovery
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining service quality
• Provide foot reflexology and body massage
• Ensure customer comfort, hygiene, and a professional environment
• Manage inventory logs and basic admin tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of massage experience (foot/body)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
• Able to multitask between supervisory and therapist duties
