Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaners to ensure high performance and morale.
- Prepare and assign daily cleaning tasks and schedules to team members.
- Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox meetings.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and uniform standards.
Operations & Quality Control
- Conduct daily inspections of all assigned areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Perform routine and non-routine cleaning tasks alongside the team when necessary, including during staff shortages or for high-traffic areas.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and machinery are used correctly and maintained in good working order.
- Manage and monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals place orders in a timely manner.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety procedures and the safe handling of all cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure all team members are trained on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Investigate and report any incidents or accidents immediately.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role.
- Willingness to be hands-on and perform cleaning duties as part of the daily routine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
