Working Days & Hours: 6 Days work week/ 44 hrs

Job Purpose:
To be responsible for serving and clearing food and beverages. To provide F&B services to members.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare restaurant tables setup with attention to hygiene and order
2. Prepare readies for service, ensure that supplies are sufficient, check side station and replenish stocks for daily use
3. To greet members and guests, usher them to the seats and to take F&B Orders
4. Assist Manager in daily restaurant operations and events function
5. Report to work on time. Keep your personal appearance immaculate, e.g. well-groomed hair, clean uniform etc
6. Know all your drinks and prices, recipes, garnishes and method of preparation for most common drinks
7. Attend to members/guests enquiries and ensure customers satisfaction
8. Any other duties as assigned by management on an ad-hoc basis
