Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Supervisor to oversee all architectural works on our construction sites. The role involves supervising finishing works, ensuring high workmanship quality, and coordinating effectively with subcontractors and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all architectural works on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Focus on finishing works, ensuring workmanship quality meets project standards.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Prepare daily site reports, highlight potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations on site.
- Assist in submission of inspection requests, as-built drawings, and project handover documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Building, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in building/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, architectural details, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, authorities requirements, and safety standards.
- Experience with high-rise residential or commercial projects.
