Job Description:
.Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the foods service and preparation, quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
.Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
.Ensure that all food areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
.Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by the staff.
.Resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding food service.
.Able to lift and carry heavy items, roughly 20KG.
.Need working on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday and overtime.
.Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
Working Location: Stall Location
