SUPERVISOR

1.Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.2.Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.3.In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations4.Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.5.Involve in the analysis and forecast of market trend to assist stores to stay ahead of competition.6.Work closely with support departments to identify potential areas of concerns with regards to promotions executions and opportunities

Train and develop team members in established techniques and skills, procedures and company policies to reach a higher level of efficiency

Conduct routine supervision to ensure all corporate strategies and directives are implemented and well executed at the stores.

Involve in strategic planning in areas on store refits, new store opportunity as well as merchandise displays.
