Supervisor (Beauty Salon)

Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon and ensure smooth outlet operations.

Lead, supervise and motivate a team of beauticians and customer service consultants.

Assign daily duties, manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality and service standards.

Ensure all customers receive excellent service and a positive salon experience.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.

Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable beauty, facial, slimming and body treatments.

Monitor outlet sales performance and work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Coach and motivate team members to improve their service, product knowledge and sales performance.

Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Monitor inventory, treatment products and salon supplies to ensure sufficient stock.

Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.

Ensure all treatments and services are carried out according to company SOPs.

Handle daily administrative and operational matters, including cash handling and outlet reporting.

Conduct regular staff briefings and provide on-the-job training where necessary.

Escalate operational, staffing or customer issues to management when required.

Support company promotions, campaigns and other activities to drive outlet performance.
