Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily CNC machining, turning, and assembly operations.
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor production progress and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company quality procedures.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators and technicians.
- Enforce workplace safety and maintain a clean, organized workshop.
- Liaise with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Procurement teams to coordinate workflow.
- Monitor equipment performance and arrange for preventive maintenance.
- Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Prepare simple reports on production output, quality, and manpower.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Precision Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in machining or manufacturing, including supervisory exposure.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and engineering drawings.
- Familiar with quality inspection methods and ISO standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and hands-on with a focus on continuous improvement.
