Supervisor / Assistant Manager (F&B - Halal Certified)

Monthly Salary: UP to $3,300 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Novena

Working Hours: 6 Day Work Week

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily Service and Kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and consistent service standards

• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and timely replenishment

• Plan and manage staff schedules to meet operational requirements

• Step in to prepare food when required to ensure service continuity

• Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring workstations are clean and ready for operations

• Support and guide team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations

• Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt

• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure

• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
