Job Description

  1. At least 2-5 years in renovation or construction.
  2. Ability to oversee daily worksite activities and progress.
  3. Managing electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters.
  4. Understanding of floor plans, 2D/3D drawings, and materials.
  5. Ensuring all finishing and workmanship meet company standards.
  6. Knowledge of WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
  7. Keeping the project on track to meet strict handover deadlines.
  8. Providing regular updates to homeowners or commercial clients.
  9. Resolving onsite issues or design discrepancies immediately.
  10. Coordinating the delivery and inventory of site materials.
  11. Work under pressure
  12. Rotated shifts, may be Saturday, Sunday and PH need to work
