Job Description

  • Daily seafood processing operations, including cleaning, cutting, filleting, packaging, and stocking.
  • Ensure all seafood products meet quality, freshness, and hygiene standards.
  • Plan and assign work schedules to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock rotation to minimize wastage.
  • Handle client requirements, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders to ensure correct quantity and quality.
  • Enforce strict workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance standards.
  • Support management in achieving production targets and operational goals.
  • Perform other supervisory duties as assigned by senior management.
