Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The successful candidate will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service standards, and drive sales performance while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily salon operations.
Lead, train, and motivate beauty consultants and therapists.
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance and attendance.
Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and feedback professionally.
Achieve sales targets and promote salon packages and treatments.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and salon cleanliness.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a beauty salon, spa, or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
