Supervisor and Security Officer for Condominium in Hume Avenue area
Salary: From SGD 2,900 - 3,500/month - based on experience
Shift: 12-hours Day shift / Night Shift
6 working days per week
Key Responsibility
- Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the condominium.
- Patrol the premises regularly and report any unusual activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and residents concerns.
- Enforce condominium rules and regulations in a respectful manner.
- Follow all security procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment at all times.
Requirments
- Possess a valid PLRD license
- Must be RTT trained
